"An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Hosts were so communicative and generous with their accommodations and flexibility. The space is absolutely lovely. I live in Oak Park, IL (Home of Frank Lloyd Wright) and it was making me feel right at home. The location is on a very pleasant street and walkable to so many great spots and areas. Can't recommend this spot enough - I'd absolutely spend time here again. "

"My room was spacious and clean looking. I was pleased overall. The TV worked fine. A desk clock worked good after I plugged it in. I was disappointed there were no USB sockets for charging devices, as these are becoming pretty common in hotel rooms. When I inquired about shower soap via text, the hotel responded promptly, and they were very gracious, asking me to let them know if there was anything else at all that I needed. They were always pleasant and polite, which is refreshing. The hotel is older, so the rooms might show that, esp the bathrooms - but this is more than made up for in the price and the graciousness of the staff. A pleasant stay in midtown KC!"

"Great location for concerts in the park walking distance, but definitely not worth 360$ a night. Price may be lower on non concert nights. One vending machine make sure you bring 1$ and quarter's. Very small 2 person elevator. The room was clean, the air conditioner was noisy. The check in was easy and friendly. "
