Upton and Coppingford Vacations from ￥202,478

Very friendly and professional check-in. Stayed in room 306. Decor was tired and scruffy. Dangerous light socket by the bed. Window was filthy and all the paint work around it was a mess. Breakfast options were OK. Overall disappointed by the quality of the room and wouldn’t recommend.

Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

The hotel was amazing. It's close to the tube station. It was so peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage before our check in time which made going to London centre at lot easier. It was also only a few minutes walk to the Appollo theatre where we had tickets to see Kevin Bridges. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and had air conditioning. You also have an option to have a later checkout time for a small fee. I would definitely recommend it. In fact we are trying to plan another London trip already.

Room was clean
