Upon arrival we were met with loud music what seemed like a soul weekender. There was forewarning regarding this and our room was not ready. We had a child of 8 with us so it was a bit unfair on him.
The bathroom had no fascia on the shower temp control and there was mould on the ceiling. The tissue box had no tissues in during our two night stay. The mini fridge was not stocked upon arrival .
When I asked if I could see the room before I was paid I was told they needed a managers consent which was finally given. I was also told that if I didn’t like the loud music I could leave and not check in. The restaurant staff was amazing and they looked after us very well

"Selected uncleaned areas found in bedroom , very low budget furniture used. Tv unwatchable due to pixilation on every channel. Two bus tours prioritised over other guests .went without dinner because nothing acceptably edible by time when independant travellers allowed to eat so went without dinner. ..."

"We were in the paddocks, bed was a little small and the safe was locked, did inform reception and credit to them they did offer to come out but we declined as only there for one night. Bathroom needs an overhaul, water took ages to warm up ."
