From pre vacation communication and questions, to setting up our airport transfer, drivers for the week, excursions He is nothing but accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to encourage any Friend or Family member to stay here. Patrick and his Team made us feel so comfortable and the breakfast was incredible. The house is very comfortable and to echo other reviews the pool house, grounds, amenities, and the views from the terrace didn’t dissapoint. Travel trip for those who make not be too familiar. WhatsApp and Zelle are both utilized heavily - set both up before you go!This is the perfect spot to setup base to explore the Lake Arenal area!!We will be back!"

"Starting with the room: The room was great. There was a great view of the lake from the window and everything was as advertised. The breakfast was amazing. I loved having the pancakes both days. The restaurant at other times was also good and there was a complimentary beer tasting for the guests. The staff were amazingly nice. I really liked the guy that checked us in. However, all of the staff were nice. The hotel amenities are great after a long day of hiking or whatever you're doing in Costa Rica. There's plenty to do. I ended up playing pool and having a couple of beers. I would definitely stay here again. No questions asked."

"Wow, wow, wow! We truly enjoyed our stay at Agutipaca so very much! We didn’t want to leave. It’s an absolute paradise! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They were able to help us in a moments notice with any questions we had. Unfortunately we do not speak Spanish, so we found chatting through WhatsApp to be the best solution for communication. The property itself is immaculate. The bungalows were so clean and comfortable. The beautiful patios were well equipped with comfortable seating and a hammock. There’s AC in the room which made it very comfortable. They provide coffee and milk, hand soap and bar soap. They deliver the freshest, most beautiful breakfast every morning between 7-9 (you pick the time). We loved eating on the patio listening to all birds and animals in the lush gardens surrounding the bungalow. It was heaven! We also enjoyed the pool and miss going for our morning swims. :) There’s lots of comfortable loungers and hammocks in the area around the pool, as well as a fully functioning washroom. There are fruit trees all around the property, which we thought was super neat. The location is ideal! Just a short drive to Bijuaga and located in between Miravalles and Tenorio. We did a day trip to Miravalles, which was fantastic! On our final day, a sweet member of the staff walked me down the road to show me a momma and baby sloth in the tree near the property. It was a really nice experience. We can not recommend this place enough! "

"Gerardina y Rose con su amabilidad le dan calor al lugar. Por el precio acordado obtuvimos un buen lugar, tranquilo, con lo necesario. Muy cerca del Parque. El desayuno y el almuerzo muy buenos. Nuestro único inconveniente, (que al final no está en sus manos), fue mala conexión al WiFi. Por lo demás, sin duda regresaremos."
