"The safe batteries were completely dead. The cleaning people did not fully stock the toilet paper, or cups. Things that should be automatic. The check in staff were great, especially the midnight crew. "

"Overall it was ok not great but not bad the beds need updating sofa beds are not comfortable at all I would recommend anyone to use them as rest I would wish they had better water pressure and parking is not very good "

"Housekeeping staff was scarce!!! We asked for more towels and they said they ran out and questioned why we’d need more towels within a day and night of staying. When we decided to try the pool two days later, they had specific pool towels that were the size of a larger hand towel. Housekeeping did not come in the rooms until 3pm or so. One day they came at 9 a.m. and we said we will leave in 10 min please come back and no one ever did so we asked the front desk of someone could and they said no they don’t come back after one try. We finally got tired of waiting for housekeeping and started tying off garbage and dirty towels in the hallway and started a trend with neighboring rooms also agreeing how frustrated they’ve been with housekeeping. They need more housekeeping staff!"

"This hotel offers large rooms and a nice lobby. I liked the amenities but didn’t use them much because it was a busy weekend at the hotel. They have a sauna which is a nice touch and an outdoor hot tub. Some things are a little dated but overall it’s a great hotel and we enjoyed our experience. "

"I checked in and did not stay. Immediately left, First let me say that this is not a Radisson property as advertised, all the furniture and carpets were covered in all kinds of stains, the chair was torn and ripped, the air conditioner had pieces falling off of it. There were no blankets on the bed the couch pillows were dirty and stained as well. I couldn't even bring myself to stay after seeing the one bedroom suite I booked just from how dirty and stained covered everything in the room was and falling apart ceiling, bathroom tiles and everything else. "
