"The Riverwalk Plaza Hotel was the perfect location if your intin visiting the riverwalk. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room had a nice set up however the room wasn't very clean or practical. The pool area was nice."

"Parking lot is small (had for two cars to drive at once) and was hard to find the entrance. The room when I got in was very hot and the door was ver hard to close. "

"I had high expectations for this hotel as it was recommended by my step daughter. However when we checked in it was similar to going up to the counter of en Seven eleven store. Also I found out they have no one to help with the luggage und I had to get the cart, load it up, then take it up to my room. The television clicker had low batteries so I had to get up out of bed to get close to the television to change en channel. After 5 hours of driving it was just disappointing. When traveling I always bring en night light to place in the bathroom. It was then I found the receptical did not work. In the early hours ran out of toliet paper und no extra roll was in the room. So had to phone to have someone bring me up en roll. In the morning it was then I was informed the breakfast restaurant was closed for renovations. Nothing showed that on their website. So had to go across the street for en en cup of coffee! It was extremely disappointing stay at such en historical hotel."

"Our stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel at the San Antonio Riverwalk was great. The hospitality was fantastic, the evening kickbacks and breakfast were great amenities, and our room was clean. We couldn’t ask for more out of a hotel. We will be returning to a Drury property in the future. "

"This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. We rented a room to go watch the Spurs game chose the location because it was close to the frost . When we return from the game, as we entered the room there were other people in our room. All of our belongings were stolen, and the people that were in the room had all kinds of drugs and of course we called the police went to the front desk cameras everywhere. Nobody saw a thing.. I’m just glad we were safe. Super scary and has definitely changed my perspective on Motel 6. They did not help us at all and we’re elected to even refund us, especially after this type of experience and they stole every single item that we had in that room duffel bags skin care, hair, care, clothing, shoes, every single one of our items were stolen and they rented the room to other people at the same time that it was supposed to be our room for the night"

"Was pleasantly surprised when we arrived on our room it was clean air worked just fine was equipped with all amenities stated online staff was courteous and kind we stayed til last minute the bed sucked u in and made u want to stay it was a wonderful experience usually we try to get away and pay an outrageous amount and nothing offered is available but this was a fabulous visit price was right and I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice room with wonderful staff and reasonable price will definitely stay again and we got a smoking room which never has an ashtray this one had 2 thank you econo I will be returning...,..."

"The breakfast was fresh, but the menu never changed. When we arrived, the water wasn't working in the whole hotel, and we weren't told that until AFTER we paid for the room. That was the case with some other guests as well. The rooms were cleaned only upon request. The drainage in the shower was AWFUL. The parking garage didn't feel safe as there were no barrier gates or doors to keep walkers from the street coming in and stealing and possibly mugging some folks. The hotel staff didn't seem confident or comfortable talking to guests and answering simple questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. "
