"The room was very clean and the balcony was nice. The view was really great to see the River, Gatlinburg, and the mountains all at once. Breakfast was typical, maybe a bit crowded but still good. The staff was more than helpful! The location of the hotel is great in that it’s super easy to walk around ..."

"Everything was wonderful! My only complaint is the WiFi didn’t work great and the towels were brand new so when I dried off after my shower I got white fuzzy pieces all over me lol. Otherwise this place was beautiful. The view was beautiful and everything was great for the price!"
