"Staff were pleasant and helpful. We were able to buy washing powder in single packs from the desk which was handy. The room was very clean and the bins and towels were serviced daily with the beds changed every two days. For two people the suite was pretty spacious. The appliances (hair dryer, microwave, washing machine and dryer) all worked well. Best part was the location. Close enough to two stations of the different lines we needed, it was also easy to wander back from places like Gyeongbokgung Palace. I’d definitely stay again. "

"Room layout was very brilliant and wise within the small space. Tour package was very attractive, but couldn’t join them. I wish I’ve known earlier. It might be good to procure at the time of check-in hotel room. "

"Perfect place to stay in Seoul. Proximity to old downtown and hip spots for shopping. The Suit was spacious. Hotel breakfast is cooked with fresh vegetables & fruits. It was a real pleasure to stay here. "

"Clean rooms, large fluffy towels daily, bottled water, ramen cereal fruit or toast breakfast, and extra friendly staff. APEC was in town and on departure day, there was a marathon in Seoul. Cabs were not running nearby so staffer took us to nearby subway to get to scheduled express train to airport. She spoke English too. What a lifesaver. Centrally located. 5-mins in each direction is Insadong Cultural Street, or, BBQ alley in opposite direction. Palace wall 5-mins away too. We were able to hail cabs quickly on main roads except last day. In quiet alley but we would stay here again."

"Room was spacious and clean. Very centrally located and not far from the main road. It is behind a building but that also meant it was quiet. Easy to walk to Ikseon-dong or Myeongdong. Water and towels were provided each day. They were happy to lend us a charging adapter because we forgot to bring ours. Ice is available on the first floor. Laundry is available on the top floor. Only gripe was that there was no shower curtain or glass to keep the bathroom dry while showering. But it was a minor issue as the bathroom was large so mostly stayed dry."

"Staff was helpful & accommodating. Breakfast was generally cold.and lack variety. Instead of it being breakfast it was a brunch providing lunch dishes instead of breakfast foods. It woukd have been nice to see Korean breakfast foods."

"Comfortable, roomy room. Bigger room than I have had in other Ibis'. Pleasantly surprised. Good breakfast. Quaint narrow alleyways nearby full of picturesque cafes and restaurants. Was able to walk about safely, even at night."

"The staff is the only reason I gave it a five. Lee at the reception is amazing and very accommodating. He went out of his way to speak to our taxi driver about transportation arrangements. The room is clean but could use some improvement. The room is average but Lee is great."
