Gostei de tudo, café da manhã Premium com muitas opções, e os recepcionistas são muito atenciosos e bem humorados, destaque para o pessoal da limpeza também que é nota 10. Esse hotel eu recomendo muito. Estão de parabéns.

Muito bom hotel

O hotel atende as expectativas de conforto. Está bem localizado no centro da cidade. Ótimo atendimento dos funcionários. Tive um problema no estacionamento com o meu carro onde um outro hospede amassou a porta do meu carro. Ainda bem que o estacionamento tinha câmeras que ajudou a identificar quem fez isso. Agora é só esperar o hotel entrar em contato com o hospede para pagar o conserto do carro.

Tudo rápido, fácil, limpo, condicionador de ar split, frigobar "cheio", bandeja de guloseimas, duas camas, sendo uma de solteiro e outra casal espaçosa, água quente no boxe, que possui dispensador de xampú e condicionador fixados na parede, além do envelope de sabonete e boas toalhas. Armário com cabides e cobertores, mesa de trabalho e cadeira, tomadas à disposição, wi-fi eficiente, próximo de restaurante, mercado e comércio, aspecto bem cuidado e organizado. Reserva via Hotels funcionando sem problemas. Check-out facilitado.

Recepcionistas atenciosos, educados, cordiais. O hotel em si muito bonito e novo. O quarto nem tanto. Mas não me incomodou nem atrapalhou em nada. Roupa de cama limpa e macia. Atendimento por whatsapp péssimo!

Já fiquei nesse hotel em outras oportunidades e foi incrível, porém dessa vez tive um contratempo, acabei não chegando a tempo na propriedade e quando fui tentar diálogo com um atendente por whatsapp foi terrivelmente mal atendida, precisam melhorar muito o treinamento dos funcionários, nem parece o mesmo local de antes.

Foi ótimo em todos os aspectos, bem preparados e tem até elevador. Verifiquei as escadas aparentemente está bem conservado todo edifício. Pena que aconteceu um imprevisto e nem teve como eu dormir no local.
