Cosy studio flat on the ground floor, 18 m², equipped with everything you need for a beach holiday. The beach and bathing establishments are just a few minutes' walk away (600 metres). It is located in a family house with garden and private car park in front of the house. There is another flat for rent in the house for up to 4 people, and one is occupied by the friendly owners. The studio is located in the area of Umag that is most sought after by tourists. The beaches in the area are sandy and well equipped. Near the coast there are pine trees or other plants where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. There are also pebbly, challenging and rocky beaches, as the coastline changes its structure every few hundred metres. However, the area is quiet and central. Near the house are the Stella Maris tennis courts, where the famous Umag ATP Croatia Open tennis tournament has been held for years.
Sweet, simple and modest studio flat for 2 people on the ground floor with terrace and garden furniture with parasol, at the entrance a separate toilet with service, small sink and mirror, the room is furnished with a double bed (160x200) with wardrobe, bed linen (weekly change), table and 2 chairs, flat screen satellite TV, kitchen with 3 gas burners and an electric hob, extractor bonnet, oven, fridge, bathroom with shower and cabinet (without sink) and services), bath towels two per person (changed weekly), free Wi-Fi internet connection (possibly poor reception). Private car park next to the house.
The owners use the terrace next to the patio, in the garden there are two tortoises, pigeons and a dog.
Noise is possible at night during the ATP tennis tournament in July.
The flat is located just a few minutes from the supermarket, petrol station, promenade, restaurants and the beach. It is located in a privileged tourist area, the beaches for all tastes and the centre of Umag are within easy walking distance, the coast only 250 m. The bar on the coast, where you can enjoy a delicious coffee in the morning with a view of the sea, the boats anchored in the marina and the Umag fishermen next to the petrol station at 250 m. The area is very popular with tourists.
The centre of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 to 25 minutes or by tourist train, which runs from the tourist village of Katoro along the coast to the centre of Umag, the stop 250 m from the house. The nearest restaurant only 400 m, supermarket 600 m, bar 250 m.

In the centre of Umag, to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag dam Diga, to explore the narrow and interesting streets of the historic centre of Umag, or to visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground right by the sea. To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is better to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are various leisure activities in the neighbourhood: Tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, horse riding, water sports, nightclubs, various boat or bus excursions. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the artist town Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the area of white truffles, Hum the smallest town in the world, PN Plitvice, the coastal areas PN Brioni, fish picnic boat, excursion to Venice, Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Baredine cave. A visit to the amusement park Funtana and the nearby water park Istralandia will make the hearts of young and old beat faster. Tastings of wine, cheese, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.
