「Great location with easy accessibility to the city centre, forum fiza mall, beaches, shopping, and restaurants! Staff were excellent with their attention to minute details and above and beyond customer service skills, especially would love to mention ms. Lady Helena at the front desk support and prompt services provided by the room service and restaurant dinning staff. Rooms were clean, cozy well equipped with all the toiletries provided. 」

「Room and bathroom were not good. AC didn't work all through night i couldn't sleep. It is a cheap hotel with worn and teared bedding with a 4 star pricing. Treebo was constantly behind me every hour asking me to pay some portion of the total charges in advance. They threatened me every time with cancellation of my booking if money is not paid in advance which was confirmed by Expedia. I could write many stories about my experiences since booking.
