"Breakfast was very weak Room was clean the bathroom was renovated not too long ago but the toilet was too close the a glass shower wall and the shower rain head did not work and if you were no careful it detached for the wall."

"The villa is situated on an A location, in a quiet and private area and the view is impressive. The garden, tenniscourt and pool aera are also beautifully done and wel maintained, the pool needs some little resaurations but this didnt bother the fun and quality of our stay, the wassingmachine worked but is rusted. The terrace is ok, not high quality material but the furniture and BBQ where all there, it is mostly the view and sitting out there which is perfect. The house itself has all the accomodation we needed, and the living areas are mostly appreciated, large, nicely furnitured and with amazing views. The kitchen had more than enough equipment, but was rather small and a little worn out. The rooms are not big so where the beds, there is no airco but the fan helped during warm nights, but it can get warm. One bathroom we also outdated, for the price we payed, you can expect a little higher quality. But we loved our stay and the place. Which was also very good was the contact and communication with the host. Very weekje friendly and stuiterende if something was needed."

"Loved our stay. Beautiful room, with balcony and mountains view. Be aware, if you have big luggage, they have a few stairs to go up if you booked a room on the second floor. The rest was perfect, location, plenty of restaurants near by, bars, the weather was perfect. Only down side, some people were a bit dirty, leaving the bathroom dirty BUT the staff took well care of cleaning everyday. Staff was very helpful. When we arrived, they had a breakdown with the wifi for two days but they corrected it as soon as possible. Loved our stay, strongly recommend!"

"We had a lovely stay at Barca Charm House! Sandra was in touch before we arrived, and was there with a very warm welcome at check in. She was very communicative and made sure we had a lovely stay. The location is ideal - easy access to the coast, Sintra, Cascais and easy to get into Lisbon. The house was able to easily accommodate 6 adults and 2 kids. Having the outdoor seating area was lovely - especially for morning breakfast. Would happily stay again!"

"Mr. Anvar and Ms. Rosa are the best hosts. We were always greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. The property was beautifully decorated, comfortable and restful. The delicious breakfast was served in the garden on the patio by Ms. Rosa and her helper. Our bathroom was recently renovated with gorgeous modern utilities. We hope to come back to Portugal. When we do we would love to stay here at this location again!"

"Très bonnes installations pour passer des vacances à plusieurs. Possibilité d'occuper les enfants (piscine, billard, tennis...). La maison est grande et comprend plusieurs salles de bains ce qui préservent l'intimité de chacun.Ce fut un séjour très agréable."

"We had an excellent stay! Our group consisted of 9 adults plus a small child and the accommodations worked perfectly for us. House was very clean with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to make everyone comfortable. Host's nephew lives nearby and was very helpful with checking in/out and handling any last minute questions. Great communication from the host as well. Beach and restaurants were a 5-10 minute walk away - lovely and convenient to be able to walk to lunch or dinner. Several of our group enjoyed morning runs on the beach and there is a beautiful 100m pool within walking distance where morning lap swim (for a small fee) was also available. House amenities exactly as described in the listing. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from the main living/eating area. Would stay here again and highly recommend!"
