This a great place to stay, the staff is great and helpful. The pool looked murky so I did not use but the rest of the property was great. You are in a jungle so small bugs here and there should be expected but nothing to be concerned about. Overall had a great time.

The family privacy with personal pool due to individually separated gated complexes within compound allowed our family to feel together without worry of others around. Kind staff, from lobby, spa, and restaurants along with room help truly made the stay welcoming. Perhaps to no one’s control but bug bites were inevitable. The compound is a bit older and could use new interior paint and scrub. Otherwise, all those around, with such a unique, culturally authentic, utterly conventionalized set-up made our stay uniquely memorable. Thank you, Suarti Villa staff.

The property is in a decent location for getting in to Ubud. We were in the duplex villa right at the front which meant traffic was noisy and it last all night. The downstairs room is quieter than the upstairs one. The staff are very attentive and quick to sort any issues we had. Parts of the villa looked very tired and had most certainly seen better days. We ordered one lunch and it was really decent and only £15 (GBP) For the price of this villa per night it is well worth it, even if areas are showing their age. We would definitely consider staying there again!

Great experience! Villas are beautiful and spacious and location is a short ride from the center of Ubud (though note that traffic can be bad!).

Home away from home. (Villa with pool)

(+) bed (except for the lizard droppings once in awhile), view from the room (ours had the rice paddy view), breakfast (it was hard to contact their service phone, i was able to order breakfast only once out of 4 days of stay, i needed to go myself to the restaurant to make the order which was around 5mins walk back and forth), room service (we had our room cleaned everyday and they always do a perfect job), ceiling was high enough to provide better air circulation (nipa hut style, just watch out for lizards), spacious bathroom (there’s an outdoor shower too), location (it’s near in almost all the tourist destinations in Ubud, it only took 15-30mins to go anywhere with our rented car, most people rent motorcycles which i think is ideal because it gets crowded in the afternoon), walking distance to the town’s eating and night life street (5-7mins), wifi (strong reception). (-) again, it was hard to contact their service line, specially in the morning, ants in the bathroom, pool needs to be maintained (it rained for two days while we were there, and we noticed that the pool became murky)

A little piece of paradise

We booked a short trip to Ubud to stay at Suarti Boutique Village to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, The villa with our private pool took our breath away - it was exactly as the photos showed and so much more. Nestled amongst lush foliage, at the back of the resort, it gave us immense privacy and was for 6 days, a little home away from home. It lacked nothing. It vastly exceeded our expectations. Not to mention the wonderful staff who always greeted you with a warm smile, nothing was too much trouble. We cannot recommend it highly enough and definitely look forward to returning again...

Amazing staff

They took such good care of us. Knowing it was our honeymoon they sent cake also...so sweet of them. The owner was a doll and a lot of fun...had live music one night and a cocktail party. The pool is a dream and the property is lush and laid back. All the staff from the shuttle driver to the wait staff to the friendly girl that checked us in went above and beyond and always with a smile. Also...they did little things throughout stay, chef sending food over to us, free ride when shuttle wasnt running (it runs on scheduled times) We will definitely be back.

Just off main road, somewhere nice to sleep

We chose Suarti because it was just off the hustle and bustle of the main streets in Ubud but within walking distance. We were welcomes with some orange juice and our room was well air conditioned and linen clean. The little chalets were very private and seperate from each individual dwelling - separated by boardwalk and Koi ponds - exquisite. I would not stay for the food, but I would stay for the sense of tropical Ubud and privacy. Our tv worked well and our room was cleaned every day. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to take us into town or on trips. Would recommend.

Quiet retreat

I stayed in a one bedroom villa which I loved, very balinese, the only downside of this hotel was the breakfast, maybe because it was one of the very few guest, and the pool was not usable, it was a green algae pond.

We loved the resort and the whole team they were so friendly and lovely .... the spa at the resort was a little disappointing but we found some amazing places nearby. Recommend this place if you want a home to base yourself at while you explore the beautiful Ubud

An Oasis

Lovely hotel.

Lovely place to stay, on the outskirts of Ubud. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is unique and interesting and the rooms very clean and pleasant. Very good breakfast.
