「Great find for our visit to Newbury. Breakfast included, 4 options to choose from and served in the pub restaurant. Also ate there both nights, food and service excellent. Room had all you needed, large room plus walk in shower. 」
「Lovely friendly staff, on day one i was too late for the cleaners (my fault entirely), i left the hotel for the day and when i got back, my room had been cleaned. The cleaners must have stayed on especially to clean my room (much appreciated)」

Only negative I could find was the poorly performing coffee machine in the bar area next to the restaurant.
The cappuccino setting only gave half a cup.
