"The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people. The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that. The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. "My son and I have stayed here twice. Both times the service was great, housekeeping wonderful. Having the bedroom separate from the kitchen/dining/living areas was great. A 24hr convenience store (OXXO) was just outside the front door, and a large grocery store was four blocks away. Overall, a great place to stay."

"The property manager was very nice and communicated often, which was appreciated. However, there were a few things I would’ve preferred had been described further in the property description. To start, it’s not quite in the center of the city. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute car ride. No stove in the kitchen, they did have an electric top. The upstairs bathroom did not flush, and there was ant invasion which was promptly addressed "

"Carlos was great about communication! The apartment is at an excellent location in the heart of Puebla. The apartment is very secure, it has a door that requires a key to get in, followed by a door that requires a code, not to mention that the entrance to the apartment building is locked at night. Not that the extra security is needed, given the heavy police presence, but it is good to have nonetheless."
