家の中に��、2つのベッドルームと2つのバスルームがあります。 リビングルームには薄型テレビとソファーベッドがあり、さらに眠ることができます。 キッチンは��全装備です。 最初のベッドルームにはキングベッド��フラットスクリーンテレビがあり、2番目のベッドルームにはクイーンベッドとフラットスクリーンテレビがあります。 2つのバスルームと、自宅でのゲスト用のフルサイズの洗濯機と乾燥機があります。

Great weekend getaway - convenient to great eateries, relaxing porch and dock, well stocked kitchen, super comfy cottage.*** Not sure why there's a question about a winery on this review, we didn't visit one and never knew one existed!

Nice visit

The property was nice. We had an issue with the toilet backing up when we arrived Saturday. The plumber came out on Monday and took care of it. Also, the property wasn't ready at 4PM. But we had to be out by 10AM. We left at 10:15 and they were waiting for us to leave promptly at 10. The cable package did not include any sports channels (ESPN, Golf channel, etc..) Overall, though, a nice vacation.

Not as advertised

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house has great features and charm, and it was a nice location on the marsh. But it was not kept up, and the beach is not easily accessible. The screens on the porch were busted and flapping in the wind. There were cockroaches. And the grill doesn't work. Part of why we chose the spot was for the grill and planned an evening around cooking to no avail. It's also advertised as close to the beach, but you have to jaywalk across a very busy road and through a neighborhood with a stinky water treatment plant right in the middle to get there.

Nice older house, but major issues. Proceed with caution.

House is very generously depicted in pictures, older and in worse shape than represented. Thermostat was locked out by owner, management company could not resolve it during the stay. Torn screen flapping in the wind, broken glass duct taped on front Door, dead roaches in shower, dirty sheets upon arrival. Dock is in really rough shape but enjoyable. No hand soap, shampoo or basic amenities supplied unlike other homes we've stayed in. Tybee Island was very nice, great people and very friendly. We will return but with another property management company.

Loved this bright, fun, quiet bungalow on the marsh. Beautiful sunsets and easy access from the mainland within a short walk of the lighthouse and North Beach.

This was everything we had hoped for, and we were lucky enough to have weather that cooperated, so we could spend time relaxing on the beautiful screened in porch. Well organized kitchen, a location that’s close to everything. . .perfect!

Nicely stocked , comfy cottage with great sanctuary-type setting.

Mattresses need replacing; one too soft and the other too hard. While the master bathroom could use some maintenance work in the shower and sink fixtures, the kitchen was great! Dish ware and cookware was nice quality and much appreciated! The screened in porch was wonderful; especially the porch swing! Instructions on how to use the tv and dvd would be very helpful. Would definitely come back to stay again as long as the items mentioned were addressed. Thanks!!

Not well maintained and wasn't clean

The shower door in master bedroom fell off every time I closed it , it didn't fasten at bottom ! Once it cut my foot when it hit me . The freezer still had food in it from previous renter , the comforter was dirty and I had to wash it before we could go to bed and the a/c never cooled below 79 degrees We loved Tybee just feel house was not what we expected for the price we paid , we left a day early and just got a hotel room

We love this little white house. It was a beautiful private little cottage .

It sits on the marsh with beautiful views beautiful sunset and sunrise. Convenient location to everything. We walked every day for 2 to 3 hours and enjoyed all the local places. The house was perfectly clean just what we needed. We brought our two dogs and they enjoyed it. We will come back and we will tell everyone great things about this little home. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

You want to stay here.

My wife and I spent two weeks at Chimney Pot Cottage recently and enjoyed every day. The cottage is so private and quiet. Bird watching from the dock or porch during tide changes was very entertaining. If we go back again to Tybee Island, we would only stay there.
