The Evergreen Hotel

"The overall appearance of the property was great! The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was appointed with standard hotel room fare, coffee machine, tv, fridge and ice machine near by. Bed was a bit soft for my liking however the sheets were fresh and clean. The bathroom had magnifying mirror- which is a MUST for my wife and the soaps were present. 2 misses for me- lack of caffeinated coffee… decaf? Really? And the water pressure…no kindling the pressure was so low it took minutes to rinse my hair… Overall great place, location just outside of the core and across the street from Natural Grocers. Will stay again!"

"Very cute place, perfect for a couple. I felt like we had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and shower gel and 2in1. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked like it had everything u would need to make meals. Highly recommend, especially because it’s so close to everything fun"

"This was the perfect cabin to spend the weekend in. As we left, I wished we could have had another week to enjoy it. The renovations have been very well done. Plenty of living/entertainment space and comfortable bedrooms."
Diamond on the Lake - Waterfront Payette Lake home near downtown

"The Cabin was amazing, accommodating and access to the lake front beach was about as good as you could get. It was extremely close to downtown and Ponderosa State Park trails. The only issue was the neighbor's property was extremely close and the neighbors had motion-activated strobe/high pitched sound devices (with no trespassing signs) that were feet from the property's deck and prevented us from spending any time out there. Any motion on our deck tripped the devices to flash strobes and high pitched noise at us. If I were to book this property in the future I would want to ensure the devices would be disabled when you stay there. It was quite unpleasant anytime we were on the deck. Other than that, the property was fantastic."

"We really enjoyed the sandy beach, the sand toys and beach towels that were provided. The hot tub was awesome as well since it was cold and rained 2 of our 4 days there. The kitchen was stocked better than my kitchen at home with the exception that every dish, utensil, etc was dirty and needed to be rewashed before using. The BBQ grill worked great. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Washer and dryer worked well. I would definitely recommend bringing your own shampoo, soap, etc. the stuff they offer is awful!"
