This was a really enjoyable long weekend for my wife and I. The cottage was full of plants and flowers and had everything we needed.
There is a veranda at the front looking towards the creek and one at the back with a fenced off area. Very private with wonderful hosts. Thank you!
Gorgeous little cabin on the river, secluded and quiet, a haven for my wolfhounds and I as we travelled! It’s so hard to find anyone to welcome me and my 2 huge beloved hairy companions…I felt so blessed to have found this place…the massage chair was next level and unexpected!
Have recommended to friends!
Thanku so much!

Highly recommend this quiet and tranquil location. We have a chocolate lab who we wanted to bring with us. This location was his dream! Firstly a mulberry tree arch greets you along the path to the cottage. He loved picking and eating fresh berries. The creek straight out front was a great playground for him to swim. For Mum and Dad, the assorted tea and coffee machine, us the massage chair really made the stay great. Comfortable bed, beautiful flowers all around and the loan of two bikes really made our stay relaxed but adventure filled should we choose. Great hosts where nothing is too much.
Such a beautiful and relaxing spot to stay. We stayed with our dog and despite the rain thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cabin is lovely, and the massage chair is amazing. The owners are so friendly and helpful. The creek is very peaceful. And Burringbar is a lovely town with lots of dog friendly cafes. It is also a great location to access the Tweed Valley Rail Trail.

Stunning little place to stay. Nice and secluded. Only downside was the host being MIA before, and during the stay. Had to get Stays to contact them directly to even find out how to get access ads they never replied to my contact attempts.

Amazing place.Cant wait to return. The host was very kind and patient after I realised I was in qld time and got the check out time wrong.
Everything about our stay was great! The cottage was delightful. The sounds of the babbling creek, the bird songs and the breeze in trees made you want to spend forever just absorbing the atmosphere. And our hosts were delightful too. They made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. The cottage was perfect and we’ll certainly come back again!

Was nice but .....
We really appreciated the cleanness of the inside of the property & the decor was lovely. Our aim was to go with our dogs as they had a front courtyard in which they would be secured but unfortunately, the fencing was not secured behind some bamboo, so our dogs were able to get out easily. This limited our ability to go for dinner or step out at all on our own as if we left the dogs they would have got out & got lost. We therefore were forced to take the dogs in the car with us everywhere so this spoilt our freedom a little & we couldn't even duck out for dinner. We ended up leaving a day early so we could get the dogs home & wouldn't need to worry about them.
