UNA HOTELS T Hotel Cagliari

"Una Hotel is outside the central, historic part of the city, but nicely located near the civic theater and a delightful park with ponds and ducks. The hotel lobby is bright and colorful. The hotel restaurant has a nice menu and is reasonably priced, if a bit understaffed. The included morning breakfast was extensive and delicious. My room was in the tower part of the hotel, to which I took a very utilitarian and rather unpleasant elevator and which had a dark and unappealing hallway. However, my room was well supplied if rather Spartan in decor. The bed was unusually hard and not terribly comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. The daily maid service was appreciated along with the refrigerator and drinking water provided. All in all, the hotel served my needs, although I would have preferred to stay somewhere with more charm and character and in a location, closer to nicer restaurants and city plaza."

"Everything was perfect, we stayed in room 1, and the lock is broken so we were stuck inside our room for at least 2 hours. We tried calling and messaging the owner of the property but they did not answer. The cleaning lady was amazing, she was so kind and made sure our room was spotless after."

"My stay here was absolutely lovely. It is a large house with various sitting rooms and balconies sprinkled throughout, so you can read or have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The staff was absolutely superb. Some of the helpers were more reserved, but the people in charge were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating.The front desk clerk was very helpful and one server in particular- perhaps his name was Christian- was incredibly knowledgeable about the provenance of all of the wines and all of the foods being offered. His passion for the eco- mission of this Locanda was contagious."
