「The location is great but is up a steep hill or many steps. The street is beautiful, as is the neighbourhood and the bed is comfortable. I’m sure the accommodation was perfect when it was set up but now I think it needs a bit of a retouch as it’s a bit dated. Cleanliness: not ideal. When we arrived there was old food left in the fridge, food stains on the wall and old food left on the scrubbing brush. Furniture: the aim is clearly for a cozy feel but the organisation could be vastly improved....

"お部屋は清潔でしたし、ポット、アイロン、冷蔵庫がありました。シャワーも使いやすかったです。ロビーにちょっとしたお菓子などが買えるコーナーもありました。朝ごはんもおいしかったです。場所も観光に適した場所ですし、ライトレールの駅まで歩いて5分もかからないので、出張での利用も良いと思います。スタッフの皆さんもとても親切でした。また利用させていただきたいと思っています。"

"チェックインもスムーズでお部屋も綺麗でした。スーツケースが大きかったのでスペースの少し広い部屋にアップグレードしてくれたことも大変ありがたかったです。早朝出発のためタクシーの手配もしてくれました。空港までの固定料金のタクシー会社を選んでくれて助かりました。"
