「Great location」

「Lovely staff. Nice decor. Excellent food. 」

「Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...

「Stayed at the Black Dog Inn in Bolton for two nights. The room itself was comfortable enough for the price, so no major complaints there. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The first night was a write-off in terms of sleep. Staff gave a late booking to a couple who had been drinking in the pub, and they stayed up most of the night with the TV on at a very high volume. 「I loved staying at this hotel. Parking was very convenient. The room was lovely and clean on arrival. The shower was amazing. Very powerful and clean. The staff at the reception and bar were extremely helpful. Breakfast was very nice with fresh bread in the morning. Thank you Holiday inn. I would stay again if needed.」

「トライアスロンの大会で利用をしました。 立地は駅から4キロくらい離れてます。 そこは気にならなかったですが 別の部屋に宿泊してた 知り合いがチェックインして部屋に入いろうとしたら別の部屋の男性から エッ○な誘いを受けたそうです。 （NOと断ったらお金払うからみたいな仕草をされたとの事） スタッフさんは感じは良かったですが カードキーが よく使えなくなり 1日に1回はフロントに行って変えて貰ってました。 」

「We arrived at this venue last weekend, and within a minute of being shown to our room we decided there is no way we could possibly stay there. The entire place is absolutely filthy, really appalling. I complained about this but the owner responded and i quote “not my problem pal, get what you pay for”. Stay well clear」

「Stinky room with smell of fungus, strange check-in questions - declarations for lost items and asking for taking photo of ID. Breakfast - just brought plate without asking what I actually want to have for full English?? This place is not good - cannot recommend. One bright spot was easy parking. 」

「we wanted somewhere for an overnight stay after flying back from Greece to Manchester before driving back to the north east. I'll start with the pros. beds were clean and very comfy. tea/facilities in the room were welcome. staff lovely. good and safe parking. very quiet hotel. breakfast was delicious and just what we needed before a 2 hour plus journey. 5 minutes walk to wetherspoons where we went for tea and couple of drinks. cons. yes it was a little dirty in places ie main passageways...

「VERY outdated! The pictures make it seem more modern than it is but old wardrobes, old curtains, old hairdryer, old desk and chairs. The corridors are very old and smell of cigarette smoke. The bed was dirty with what looked like blood stain and white stains on the head board. Windows were very thin and I could hear the traffic clearly. 」

「We absolutely LOVE the Bridge. They made us feel like a part of the family! Will always stay there when we visit. Everyone is so very helpful. They went above and beyond every single time. The building, history, food, bar and karaoke night are perfect. 」
