"The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. I was told they haven’t been showing up. Maintenance came in made a mess in the bathroom for the guest to clean up and the breakfast was microwave breakfast sandwiches sold separately coffee was never available although there was a pot "

"The house of clean and well kept. The location was perfect for being within walking distance to most things Sitka. The property manager was very nice to work with. We arrived late at night and needed to have distilled water for a C-Pac machine. I called the afternoon we were to arrive and asked whether it could be arranged to have distilled water at the house and it was!"

"Nice home - plenty of room "

"The place is nice and large, has a dinning area that accommodates 10, and the kitchen is large and well stocked. We had 9 guys stay there and it was a bit crowded for sleeping arrangements (7 would be about perfect) but made it work. Christine was very quick to respond and provided additional items upon request. We will stay here again on our next fishing trip to Sitka."
