"The pools and hot tub were very nice (saltwater, I believe). The breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious."

"As for the bed and pillows, well, you get what you pay for. Breakfast was decent, though there is only one restaurant within walking distance; however, downtown is less than a 5-minute drive away with more options. Access to the base was pretty easy, being about 9 to 10 miles (a 12- to 14-minute drive) from Fort McCoy. Overall, it is a good place to stay, and I would return if I had to."
