"Had a booking for 3 people and they were low on rooms due to a big student conference so we had to all share a double bed. Cots are extra. Breakfast was okay, the rooms are clean and the location is pretty good if you want to be downtown (near ATMS and restaurants). AC wasn't strong and the showers were cold but Bali is hot so it's fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. "

Special mention to Alit (Hotel Manager) and Geoffrey (Concierge)—their genuine kindness and daily check-ins made a lasting impression. While every staff member was exceptional, these two went truely above and beyond.
Our room was hands-down the best we’ve ever stayed in (thanks to Alit). The breathtaking view overlooking the adults-only pool, offered complete serenity. It was the peaceful escape I needed after recently losing my beautiful Mum. For me the hotel became a sanctuary of tranquility and healing. I couldn’t have asked for better.
