Tulum Letters

We had an amazing stay at Haven Riviera for our anniversary! We opted for a swim-out room and loved our little private section of pool. We booked our airport shuttle service to and from the resort directly through their website, and ultimately booked our excursion through that same company because they had a desk in the lobby. When you arrive, you get access to their web portal and are able to book dinner reservations and spa services. We ended up going with 60-minute, deep tissue massages (about 170 each, not including tip). We didn't specifically request a couple's massage, but they were able to accommodate us in the same room. You also get access to the Hydrotherapy portion of the spa with any spa service. We honestly thought the food was pretty good! We had read some reviews that it was only okay (like a lot of resort food), but to us, it just felt more like European dining than American. Smaller portion sizes, less sodium -- you can always ask for more and go for seconds (or thirds?) at the buffet. The staff was so welcoming and incredibly helpful with any request or question we had. We couldn't recommend Haven more!
