気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
I will first start with they left me stranded at the airport when I made arrangements for their shuttle service. I landed at 3:45 and didn’t get to hotel til just after 6. When I arrived, there was no one to check me in. I waited another 20 minutes for someone to get me into a room. I paid for a superior room, and it was not what I received. I was told that the pictures shown on Expedia are different from what you actually receive. He said it has been an issue, but they haven’t done anything about it. So there is that. The rooms were clean. There was no hot water my entire stay. Not even a tad bit Luke warm. I left on day 6 of 7 because I was just over it at that point. No complaints on the food. It was okay. Not the best or worth talking about, just ordinary. Be sure put a towel on a beach chair early in the morning because the people not staying there but using their amenities will take every single chair. They will put a towel on a chair then leave for several hours. I booked a scooter through the guy at the front desk. He said it will be there by 10am. I was at the front at 9:55. For over an hour I was told it will be here in 5 minutes. When 10 more minutes went by, they would just say 5 minutes. That got old and very irritating. The people who work there are nice but that is about it. Most of the time you can’t find anyone at the reception area. I would absolutely encourage you to keep looking for a different place to stay. They really don’t have it together there.
