「We arrived late in the evening and so phoned to check on late access. They sent me instructions and an access code to get in. I would say the room was shabby chic, there was a well stocked pot with tea, coffee, sugar etc. The unfortunate thing with bed was that it was on casters so when you tried to get into it the bed moved away from you. 「While the assigned room was without AC, only one fan was provided. We requested an additional fan and was promised one. We never got it until the last night. Unfortunately the additional fan did not work. The windows couldn’t open so the air quality was horrible. Additionally, housekeeping was not available for our three day stay. Based on the above experience, we cannot recommend this property.」
