You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Peaceful, private, retreat- edge of the desert close to everything!

A total remodel was done in 2018. This totally private 360 Sq. Ft. one bedroom suite has everything. You'll enter through your own entrance, enjoy your large bedroom with 8 feet of mirrored closet space, beautiful arched window that looks out to the private front yard... the charming room has new bed, new 43" HDTV, ceiling fan, AC, heater, Wifi. The brand new kitchenette has stone and butcher block counter, wood cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee maker, sink and kitchen supplies. The large bathroom has new sink vanity, bathtub with new shower head, new toilet and skylight. Towels are supplied. You'll enjoy your privacy with hall door, bedroom and bathroom doors. The back yard is a huge desert landscaped oasis with large trees, views of downtown, A Mountain and Tumamoc. There is comfortable seating and a fire pit for your sunset viewing. Everyone that visits says this is a unique and special place- I hope you'll agree!

Visiting gem show

This was a lovely, clean, comfortable property. Since I did not have a car, I took Uber to the shows, dinners, etc. It was only 6 minutes to the main show and 3 minutes to restaurants. The owner was lovely and inviting!

The property was very well appointed. The owner had thought of every wish a renter might have and provided for it: many types of toiletries in the bathroom; ironing board, iron, sewing kit; many hangers and large closet with hanging rails and cubbies; kitchenette also well supplied. The bed was very comfortable. The property is very close to downtown and it was easy to get around.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property in Tucson

I was in Tucson to photograph migratory birds. The unit was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. This property is conveniently located to many of the area attractions including the Sonoran Desert museum and Saguaro National park.

Very comfortable

Our charming little nest

We called this place our little nest. It is a charming retreat from the busy streets of Tucson. It is clean, tastefully decorated and wasn't lacking of anything that you might need for a short stay. The owner is very friendly and ready to answer any questions you might have. Located minutes from downtown Tucson, it is also within easy access to I10, which allows you to be in Oro Valley to the north or Green Valley to the South in about 1/2 hour. It is even within easy reach of National Saguaro Park East, and National Saguaro Park West is at your doorstep. Quite an amazing little place!
