「This cute little casita was very comfortable, well appointed, and everything was in good working order. It was so quiet, and relaxing! It was just what we needed! 」

「We didn’t expect how comfortable the bed would be, and how quiet the residence was! We stayed in the B side which was plenty of room for a couple nights stay. Cozy as advertised! The only thing to note is the trash bins outside are only opened by a key which is not provided. So for a longer stay the key may need to be requested. 」

「Great stay, 2 small criticisms: a lot of the electrical outlets have poor connections. Freezer door missing means some veggies freeze in fridge.」

「Very comfortable two night stay. Everything from top to bottom was provided in our studio accommodations with cleanliness certainly an ownership priority. We are looking forward to a second visit for the August/September hummingbird migration. 👍Birdsong Garden Casitas!!」

「It was good but did have trouble with key in lock and door knob sticking when trying to enter. Spike to property manager regarding the door and key. Otherwise everything was fine.」

「Es un lugar muy bonito para descansar, solo que le falta mayor atención en la limpieza del patio o área recreativa. Muchas telarañas y los muebles exteriores muy bonitos pero no los puedes utilizar porque están sucios y con muchos insectos y animales. Se paga una cuota alta para limpieza y mantenimiento y uno tiene que andar limpiando.」

This year marks our third consecutive year staying in Mildred’s studio, and we can’t wait to return. We can’t think of anywhere else where we would receive such comfort from such a gracious host.
