This unique place has a style all its own. Beachfront handcrafted family-friendly Home sleeps 5 & with a little bit of a walk to the beach. There is an all-terrain wagon to carry your items, Outdoor Games, a fire pit w/wood, a hammock, patio furniture, a large charcoal grill picnic table for six, and a small handcrafted kiddy picnic table. Complete Kitchen over 32 spices, air fryer rice & 2-slow cooker Bake & Cookware a full kitchen to cook your meals. COME, Relax at the Cozy Beach Front Home! Enjoy! This Home has Very high ceilings, fans, and skylights well decorated in 2 rooms. You have an excellent unobstructed view of the lake. Lots of inclusions for kids. This house is cooled and heated by AirPro Mini-splits for your comfort.

There are two binders: Black Floreal...House Manual, How Elephant Butte Became, Menus from restaurants, What Animals and Critters in the Area, and Things to Do... Cream Floral Binder is the operational manual for the household items for your use. The nights are gorgeous with a moon rising over the lake surrounded by mountains, cool breeze, campfire by the lake shores, flickering, and the soft fragrance of the campfires. It's a site to see, relax, and take it all in!!! Park Pass is available. If not returned, there will be a $75.00 fee.

This cozy house is as comfortable as we had expected. It is a great place to kick back and relax. A lovely interlude

We Loved This Place!

I stayed here with my wife and Pam (poodle-Maltese mix). Teri (our host) thought of every amenity. The house is in a great location. We loved the proximity to the lake. We've stayed in a half dozen or so VRBOs and this is one of our favorite places. If you pick this place, you will be satisfied. We highly recommend this place. We'll be back!

Amazing relaxation

The beach house was amazing. It’s close enough to the lake, we walked the beach morning and evening. The host went above and beyond to make sure to have everything we may need. It was SO relaxing on the back porch listening to the birds, reading and enjoying the view. This is a must for anyone needing to relax and not worry about anything. Love. Love. Love.

Great location, house, and host

Our host was amazing. She even left us an adorable ornament to commemorate our stay. The house has an amazing view of Elephant Butte Lake from a fabulous wrap around deck. The house was decorated for Christmas which we really appreciated. It also was decorated with a cute lake theme that made the stay even more special. It has all the amenities you will ever need and the king size bed was so comfy. Thank you Teri for an amazing stay and taking such great care of us.

Absolutely as nice as advertised. Closest house to beautiful Elephant butte Lake. The host has a wonderful notebook put together with info on the history of the area, local attractions and local menus. This place was more equipped than my own house. Has everything. Great deck. Great set up for kids. You'll love it.

Magnificent get-a-way

From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcomed and special. Upon entering the home, we discovered that the host had left a personalized thank you card with cookies and a keepsake ornament. The property was easily accessed, clean, and as described. The host Teri went out of her way to make sure there was absolutely everything a guest would need, from kitchen and cooking essentials, health and beauty supplies, to firewood for the fire pit. The view to the lake is stunning and we spent most of our time outdoors. We will definitely be returning to this delightfully whimsical beach front bungalow. Thank you Teri!

Stay at Elephant Butte

The property was even better than advertised: beautiful location, beautiful view. The house was charming and very well appointed, with full kitchen, extensive condiments and spices, a fruit basket, and even some eggs and apple cider in the fridge. Instructions were clear and an excellent guide to the area was provided. The view of, and access to, the lake was amazing. Ideal for a couple with room for small children. One of the best furnished properties we have stayed at. The place was very warm even though the outside temperature got just below 20 one day. We highly recommend this place to others.

Charming beach house hideaway

I could go on and on about how wonderful this place was. All the amenities that you could possibly hope for and more. Like nice little touches all around the home a Christmas tree, a sailboat on the toilet toilet paper, a nice little handmade keepsake from the property manager, Teri. Teri thought of everything that would make your stay here perfect! From kid friendly books, outlet protectors, tons of top shelf amenities, to the amazing unobstructed view of Elephant Butte Lake; there is no doubt in my mind that this is one of our top picks of vacation destination sites. Waterfront!

The ease of access to the beach was amazing. We could look out but still have enough distance that we weren’t surrounded by the people camping. It was very nice to have a pass to help us drive down to the sand and park for a nice Mothers Day getaway. Teri was very descriptive and helpful with everything from the questions before booking to directions. Luckily my GPS took us right to the house with no issues. We had no problems getting in or out and the house was a great size for 2 of us. Happy to have spent the nice weekend here.

Cute Casita with Amazing Views

We loved our stay here. The casita is about as cute as can be and fully stocked. The host provided a fully stocked kitchen, snacks, breakfast foods, drinks, bathroom and laundry supplies. I've never stayed where so much was provided. It's an easy walk across the sand to Elephant Butte Lake - which is so beautiful and peaceful. A state park pass comes with the rental which you can use at Elephant Butte State Park. You are15 minutes from Truth or Consequences where you can enjoy a soak in hot mineral springs (be sure to check out Hoosier Hot Springs and Riverbend), grab a local book at Black Cat Books and Coffee, have a drink at T or C Brewing and eat a fabulous meal at El Faro. Also be sure to eat at Bigfoot Restaurant in Elephant Butte. Hope to be back.

View of the lake is excellent. Park pass was used a lot. Loved the area. Was a great spot!!! No complaints. Just a few suggestions, beds were not the most comfortable and one bathroom was inconvenient. The house was cozy and dvd player was not working well. Would consider coming back.
