「Rooms are very dated. Mattresses felt like motel 6. Staff definitely needs a lesson on customer relations. A smile would even suffice. They just seemed annoyed. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「The hotel room was super clean. The mattress was a little bit too soft for my back. The room was really quiet which is really good.
I have used the shared workspace, it was really good but a little bit too cold.
The location is very awesome to visit Tahoe and Truckee. I would recommend it.」

「Met our expectations. Only heard another hotel guest once in the night for a short time, which makes it above average for quiet in our experience. Comfortable and clean. Very basic breakfast. Note that the front desk is only open until 10PM, so make arrangements ahead of time if arriving late.」
