"Rooms are small but expected in a city. Arrived late one evening & check in was good. The bathroom was so small & a tiny shower tray so we changed rooms the next day. Larger shower tray & room seemed more updated. Good breakfast. Did not use any facilities such as rooftop."

"The hotel was extremely clean, inviting and a modern tasteful interior decor. The staff were helpful and professional during various times during my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of healthy and delicious foods every day which I participated in. I had the classic room for myself. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. The hotel also offered a lobby comfortable to relax in as well as a fitness area. I can’t say enough positive remarks about Hotel Appolonaire and their staff."

"Lovely place to stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. I forgot to bring my charger and converter but was immediately given the suitable paraphernalia. They helped plan routes and bus journies in to neighbouring towns. They also gave us pointers on local bars and restaurants. The room was cosy and very clean. We had wonderful views of the Notre Dame cathedral with gorgeous French windows that could be fully opened. Very conveniantly located - an 8 min walk to the train station, only 15-20min walk to old town area and the tram stop is essentially round the corner - on Jean Médicin avenue. Will definitely recommend to others and look to stay again."

"Very small room, very small bathroom. No space to use the head of the toilet! My legs and my feet can’t feat correctly! And on top of that the old windows shutters they don’t close and make a lot of noise at the night time! I slept only few hour itch night! "

"Would not recommend. Staff could have cared less that we were there. Location was close to the train station, which we wanted, but not convenient for the main areas of Nice. Choice of local restaurants, cafes was not good. Room was very small, but bedding was comfortable. Seemed fairly clean."
