Nice and clean room with a comfortable bed. Great breakfast!
The room was super clean and very modernized which was a welcome surprise! The hotel is situated close a number of restaurants and stores and is close to transportation, making it ideal for travelers.
Great experience. Lovely place with great rooms. Located close enough for a walk into the town centre. Breakfast was great! Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Amazing breakfast spread (massive and delicious with so many options). Room was of good quality, but not a great location if you have a car. The recommended public lot is a disaster. Would recommend if you’re traveling without a car but not with a car
Perfect location - close to public transport, right across the street from a mall and pharmacy, and short walking distance from a promenade with a bunch of great restaurants. Great breakfast with more options than you know what to do with. Would definitely book again.
The location was ok - near some shops and restaurants and about a 10 min walk from the train station and town.
The beds were really nice in the room but the room itself was quite old and tatty, not enough space for clothes or to hang anything, the tv had 10 all Norwegian channels and they don't clean the room. You have to ask (which I did twice) but it never happened so by the end of our 5 days the bathroom was really grubby!
Breakfast was ok.
The staff on reception were really friendly but not much help re their knowledge to give advise or book anything.
It really is like a premier inn with a slightly better breakfast!
I wouldn't stay here again I would stay more local to town in a better hotel
Very friendly breakfast personell, same for the very service minded reception employees
Missing: (graphical) explanation how to close the hotel room from the inside (turn the handle (clockwise) to an upward position).

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is good. But the windows in our room were pretty bad. Instead of seeing outdoor, like the pictures shown here, it opens in an interior area that includes the breakfast area. Not only it means it wasn't fully dark during the night, but also if we opened the window, we had no fresh air coming in.
Not all rooms have that kind of windows, but a lot do.
The room was rather small but clean and nice, BUT very very hot! I have now stayed at two Scandic hotels this summer and both have been sooo hot. Only help is a small fan at both hotels. The answer I got here was, no hotell in Trondheim has AC?
Breakfast was really nice but too crowded. Would not stay again on a warm day.
Good hotel, convenient for east side of the city but also walkable distance to other parts of the city centre. Good dinning options and underground parking in Solisden Senter one floor down. Look for and follow hotel signs.
