「教会の目の前で観光案内所や中心街のショップ・レストラン・スーパーなどもすぐそばにあり、とても便利なホテルでした。午後３時からのワッフルサービスは２回利用しましたが、特に、元日はレストランや飲食店が閉まっていたり、予約なしでの入店ができない状況の中で助かりました。ホテルスタッフもとても親切で、帰国日の早朝出発の際には、モーニングサンドイッチを用意していただき、空港で朝食を食べることができました。とても良い滞在になりました。」

「朝食と夕食が付いてるのは勿論 15時からのワッフルのサービスと24時間コーヒーと紅茶が頂けるサービスは 物価の高いノルウェーでは非常に助かります。 スタッフも非常に親切で非常に快適に滞在できました。」

「バスセンターからほど近い。 観光案内所や、サーモンハウス（鮭の養殖について紹介。図書館と同じ建物にある）、教会などが近い。 ただし高額な割に、日本のビジネスホテルプラスアルファ程度の部屋。」

「お部屋は清潔で快適で、必要なものは全て揃っています。また、スタッフがとても親切です。オーロラツアーが少ない時期だったのですが、スタッフにアドバイスを貰い、ツアーに入らずにオーロラのポイントに行き、素晴らしいオーロラを見る事が出来ました。コンパクトな街ですが、ロケーションも良いです。」

「多くの観光名所に歩いて行ける距離でとても便利。周囲には食事を取れるところも多く、お土産屋さんもすぐ近くなので非常に効率よく行動ができる場所にあるホテル。欲を言えば部屋にお湯沸かし器があれば長時間外でオーロラを待ってから夜遅くに部屋に戻った後に一息つくことができるのになと思いました。朝食も美味しかったです。」
