Newly furnished holiday home in the breathtaking holiday landscape of Costa Paradiso on the north coast of Sardinia. Once you arrive here, you will immediately feel on holiday.
The house is 54 square metres in size and is suitable for 2-6 (ideally 4) people.
It consists of 2 bedrooms (both with large double bed and air conditioning), a living room with air conditioning, sofa bed, dining table, fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine), a shared bathroom with WC, shower, bidet, washing machine and window and a bathroom with WC, shower and window belonging to one of the bedrooms.
All windows and doors have mosquito nets and shutters.
There is a wardrobe with plenty of storage space in both bedrooms.
The house has a huge terrace (for the exclusive use of our guests) with an area of 50 square metres (30 square metres of which are covered) with dining table, chairs, garden sofa, sun loungers and barbecue. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the surrounding rocky hills covered with plants/trees. Behind the house there is a patio (also for your exclusive use), above which the neighbouring house towers. In the entrance area of the house and in the side areas of the patio there are well-tended garden areas/plant and tree strips.
You have free internet access via satellite (WLAN).
At your disposal: 2 televisions with satellite TV, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, clothes horse and hoover.
There is ample parking space in front of the entrance area.
ATTENTION: The prices quoted already include WLAN, car park, energy costs, possible late arrival and early departure as well as tourist tax! You pay nothing extra!
The house was renovated in June 2024. There is NO construction site in the neighbourhood.
From our terrace you have a beautiful view of the surrounding rocky hills covered with plants/trees. Neighbouring houses are only behind us, above our house (no visual contact from the terrace!).
You live away from the hustle and bustle of the resort - our road only leads to a few houses and - most importantly - to the great restaurant, which is only 240 metres away!
It's 2.4 km to the beach, but what breathtaking views!
