「We are family of four with 2 kids and we booked the big deluxe cottage with double bedroom. To be honest it was our best experience in uk ever. Property is very well maintained and this cottage had kitchen as well, so well equipped that you can cook anything in there, giant living room and bedrooms also very spacious. 「We love coming to your hotel as it gives us all the things we need. Location is perfect surf shop for our fun. Unfortunately we always seem to have bad experiences with the restaurant it always gets sorted but would be nice if it didn’t happen. 「We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

「Excellent standard for a dog friendly hotel. Whilst the team behind the bar could not of been friendlier and helpful a warmer welcome on arrival would have made the whole experience perfect. Will definitely be booking again as so easy and wonderful that our fur pups are so welcomed 👍」

「部屋はダブルベッド1台とシングルベッド1台で、2人で泊まるには十分な広さでした。 スタッフはとても親切です。滞在期間中、部屋の掃除はないホテルで、使用したタオルはドアの外に置いておけば、新しいタオルを袋に入れて置いておいてくれました。 隣の部屋との壁は薄く、大きめの話し声や笑い声は聞こえて来たので、こちらも気をつけました。 Lostwithielは、小さな町ですが、バカンスで訪れる人たちもいて、とても綺麗で素敵な場所でした。」
