Casa Venti del Mare – Holiday Home Just 150m from Trappeto Beach

Our holiday home is just 150 meters from the crystal-clear sea of Trappeto, in the Ciammarita area. This beautiful beach house accommodates 6 guests, has been recently renovated, and is only steps from the sandy Trappeto beach in Palermo province, where you can enjoy pristine waters. The property is on the first floor, offering sea views.



The building is surrounded by high fences, and outside you’ll find free private covered parking—perfect for those arriving by car or wanting a secure spot after exploring the area. The bright home with high ceilings features two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room, bathroom with shower, and a large veranda.



The master bedroom has a modern air conditioner for your comfort on hot days and a small balcony with sea view. The second bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed, plus a window and ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and essentials, including fridge with freezer, TV, Wi-Fi, and a single sofa bed. The living area has a sofa bed for an additional guest.



The veranda is a relaxing space with a large oval window overlooking the sea. There’s also a private outdoor shower with hot water—perfect after a beach day. Outside you’ll find a barbecue for your cookouts. Utilities (electricity and water) are included in the price for a worry-free stay.



A crib, highchair, and changing table are available on request. Linen and towel changes are available for an extra charge.



Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00. Late check-in after 20:00 may incur an extra charge. Please contact the host via the booking platform to arrange your arrival time.
