"While it is an older hotel, it met all our needs. Our room was very comfortable and clean. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and the comforter on the bed actually had a little weight to it, which helped me sleep so much better than what I normally do in a hotel. While we didn't take time to use the pool, it was very nice looking and plenty of room for several to be in it. The breakfast options were also good."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and so was the view. The view from the pool was just amazing. We only had 2 dings to mention. The first is the hotel breakfast at Altitude we were told to wait to be seated as other guests just walked past and sat down. Instead of asking them to wait in line they took their order while we waited. The staff at breakfast was completely lost. They kept asking people if they wanted to order when someone had already done it. When the food came it was cold and missing ingredients as we were told they ran out of items. A restaurant shouldn't run out of basic ingredients. The second issue was we had to keep asking them to clean the room as we would leave early and return in the late afternoon and the room was untouched. We would have to go to the lobby to ask them to clean it then sit in the lobby waiting instead of relaxing in our room."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great stay. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and pool table were all awesome. We saw a bear almost every day! There were a few things that need attention. The home theater door was very hard to open. A couple of the TV remotes didn’t work properly."
