Nos cambiaron a una habitación que en las noches el aire acondicionado dejaba de enfriar y un olor fuerte a cucaracha y humedad, lo del aire lo reportamos 2 veces, pero según ellos estaba funcionando, pero en la noche dejaba de enfriar y me llevaron 2 abanicos,

The pictures of the hotel are immaculate. It’s not a boutique hotel, for instance the pool area is made to look lovely in the pictures. The reality is a pool in a griubby dusty room with no plants, no surroundings

the downside to the villas was the kitchen; there is no cooking pans to prepare a warm meal or microwave, the villas charge for renting a cooking pans/pots for daily use, which is unusual for a high-end villas resort. hopefully they will make an exemption in near the future for not charging customers for using pots and pans.

We had a great time at Son trà resort, beautiful beach and the Villa, staffs were friendly, our Villa was spacious, clean room excepted the toilet needed better job of cleaning around toilet seats. I was disappointed the most was my Niece she only twelve years old but the son trà resort considering that my twelve years old niece an adult so we had to paid extra $900.000 for my brother to stay overnight.
