"The room was dated and had scuff marks on the doors and furniture and the carpet had seen better days BUT it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It is going through refurbishment at the moment and to be honest I expected a bit of a mess and noise but it was quiet. My partner used the leisure area and was happy with it."

"The room was lovely and clean and comfortable, we arrived and got a parking spot next to the hotel. Communication is excellent. Lighting on arrival so we could put the code into the building was fantastic. We were in the first room. It was modern with a lovely big bed, with a walk-in shower which is ideal for me as I struggle with mobility. It was a tiny step into the shower, about 2 centimetres high, which didn’t cause me any issues. The room had a big TV and settee, table, small wardrobe. We were very happy with our room. It was also only 10 minutes by taxi from the venue where we invited to a party the evening we were staying in Burnley, perfect place for us to stay."

"I recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a good experience. The place is modern and in excellent condition, and most areas of the property were very comfortable with no complaints. Communication with the support team was smooth, they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. The kitchen was much smaller than expected; it’s difficult for more than two people to be in there at the same time. Additionally, the listing mentioned a dishwasher, but there wasn’t one in the apartment, which was disappointing. Despite these caveats, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place, especially if the kitchen space and the missing dishwasher isn’t a major concern."
