"Very good attention"

"Upon arrival, the front desk didn’t mention anything about having to place a parking tag in our window. Luckily after dinner, another guest was filling one out and I asked if that was something I needed to do as well. The bathroom of our original room was covered in hair. The headboard was ripped up. The AC wasn’t cooling and the fan was broken. We were moved to another room which was cleaner but the AC was also broken and there was not a fan. It was late and didn’t want to deal with moving again so had to sleep with the balcony door open all night with the sound of highway traffic. One thing that was nice, and was what drew us to book the room was the amenities. Unfortunately, we will probably never stay again due to the maintenance issues."

"Room was clean, the lobby is beautiful!! Not sure if complimentary breakfast is at the restaurant. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything outside the room. It’s very annoying trying to sleep and all you hear is luggage carts clacking down the hallway. "

"Only hot water came out of the shower; the bathtub had been repainted and was shedding flakes of paint, and it was very slippery. The air conditioner had no indicators on the buttons; you couldn't how to control the temperature, The air conditioning isn't cooling."

"I didn't have breakfast. There was lots of parking. There was also a gas station/mini mart and a seafood restaurant within a 3 minute walk. "

"We have stayed here several times when we are flying out of DFW the next day. Staff is very friendly...always. The shuttle bus is great about taking and picking us up from the airport. We feel our car is very safe, leaving on property while we are on our trip. Next time we are traveling, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!"
