On the outside, the building looks worn and tired but inside it was welcoming and the rooms were fresh and clean and the beds were very comfortable!
I think that they should update the outside because in this case looks were deceiving but in a very positive way!
I highly recommend if you need to be near the Buffalo airport. Which happens to be right across the street..

Delevan Hotel and Spa was easy to access from the interstate.
Check-in was fairly easy, and parking was good.
Donovan Hotel is under renovation, and the price reflected that.
Morning breakfast was not included. We had to pay for a meal similar to a McDonald’s Egg McMuffin.
Yet the staff were friendly and helpful.
They have two on-site restaurants, both of which were excellent.

I was charge the night double when I had already paid only. When I got there they ask for a credit card for deposit but instead of charging only deposit they charge the full night again even it has been paid online in full.
