Town of Olive Vacations & Trips from ￥289,418

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at thank good it was only a day l. The toilet didn’t flush and the two remotes to the tv didn’t work so I had no tv. And to top it off I was locked out of my room customer support saying my room was 307 when I was in 311 the whole night so they locked my door till a front desk person I assume came. I waited an hour for them to come. Never again will I come here. I deserve a credit or partial refund for the inconvenience.

Hotel's location was everything. Room was clean but it was there was some spots in the room that has openings into the wall. Windows do not have any screens on them and can be opened all the way up. Staff were friendly. To be aware: Parking was not on hotel property. We were told to take everything from our car as it was far away from the hotel and would be charged every time we wanted to have our car. When checking out we requested our car and were told to wait 30minutes. Our car was parked in front of the hotel and a cab backed up into our car with staff watching and did nothing to stop it. Was not the best experience checking out but we know for next time.
