"The cabin is just the right size for a couple. The high ceilings make the cabin feel roomy. The bed was comfortable and Kathy took care of anything we needed. We had access to the whole ranch and enjoyed seeing the wildlife each day, especially the longhorn calves. We cooked our meals there and had all we need. If you want to grill you’ll need to provide your own charcoal. The cabin is quiet and cozy deep in the heart of the Hill Country."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The cabin was very cute, nicely decorated, and extremely clean. The location was ideal. In the country, but not too far outside of Llano. My favorite part though had to be the longhorns on the property. It was so neat getting to watch them. I definitely will plan to book this property again for a future visit to the area. "

"My friends and I stayed at the Casita for an extended weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! The Casita is nestled in a quiet corner of Valentine Lakeside Resort just steps away from LBJ and has plenty of room to accommodate 5 people. It had everything we needed to grill out and create new memories exactly as we had hoped. I also rented a slip for my wakeboarding boat which was very convenient, well-built, and just the right size. "Its located right on the water. The cabin was clean and as described. All the essentials at hand. Ms. Pat was very hospitable and prompt with what few questions we had. I was able to fish out on the docks like I planned and hung out atthe pool . Overall experience was great. We will definitely return"

I wanted them to experience sitting around a picnic table rather than a living room, everyone sharing one room, one bathroom for all of us, no screens for most of the day, few appliances. All was accomplished! Management was responsive to all needs and offered solutions. The property feels the pinch of no available workers. I find that is everywhere!"

"This ENTIRE property is gorgeous. The management company responded any time we had questions. A tech was sent out to help with resetting the cooling and heating system. The kids were thrilled about staying in a tent. It truly was comfortable camping. The solo stove was perfect for most of our meals and the community kitchen and game area by the river were used plenty as well. Everything we needed was supplied. Great stay. Highly recommended. "
