There is no elevator so travelling with large luggage may be inconvenient with the stairs bit I did see hotel staff providing assistance with baggage. "Beautiful old-world hotel right in the centre of Tours. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and the hotel staff very kindly upgraded us to one of the suites! We loved the room and its art deco style: huge space, big bathroom and the aircon was excellent. Excellent breakfasts and the staff were so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!"

"Brilliant little hotel, ideal for a night on the road or for exploring Loire valley castles (10 mins from several of the best castles). Very friendly staff, modern, quiet and very comfy / spacious rooms. And even a pool! Couldn't ask for more. Copious EV charging facilities too."

"The property would have benefited from some makeover especially with air conditioning. There was nothing to stop the mosquitoes from entering the room. The rooms we had were large and spacious. Breakfast was ok and dinner was subpar. The meals were not cheap either."
