Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 150 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Gragnague, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a 64 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 400 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 64 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room (with walk-in shower)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Two separate WCs
- Gym

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A swimming pool (private, unheated), 7m x 3.5m, open from April to August.
- 400 m² enclosed, private garden
- A 60 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Gragnague, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage and in the house's private parking lot.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au calme dans cette maison même si pour la période donnée, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de toutes les installations. Il manquait seulement quelques instructions en ce qui concerne le fonctionnement du portail et la fermeture de la porte d'entrée mais il est très facile d'y remédier.
