「The hotel is old and the room is small. But it has everything we need. Pool is big like resort. There are many restaurants and shops around. Very convenience. The best thing was order style breakfast. The chef was nice and pancake was delicious. Palm Springs is too hot for us so we would not go again. But I recommend this hotel!」
「Unfortunately, when we arrived at our room the air conditioning was not working, and they moved us to another room, but in that room the sheets on the sofa bed had not been changed from the previous guests.」

「Our stay was amazing! It was 115 degrees and the a/c in the room was working perfectly, the bathrooms were clean and the drain doesn't clog. We feel safe and there are a lot of elevators situated around the hotel, so you don't need to walk a long way to haul your luggage around just to enter or exit the building. And pool closes at 10pm! So we have a great day to do our business and still dip in the pool for a long time at night.」
