On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, airecon, TV and WIFI and exit to the terrace of the private garden (fenced and manual sunscreen) with garden furniture and barbecue.The independent kitchen hob is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, mini pimer (mixer) and toaster. There is a toilet on this floor.Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (2 single beds and 1 bunk bed) with bathroom with shower and washing machine and a suite (double bed) with master bathroom (bath) and a small balcony. The bedrooms have air conditioning. The garage is closed and is not usable. However, it is easy to park in front of the house.It is located 50 meters from the beach and is located in a quiet area in urbanization Mas Pinell.
