"Staff was kind , helpful and outgoing Breakfast was minimal for the price of a nights stay compared to other accommodations we visited. I would suggest adding bedside lighting. In addition, one ceiling light was positioned in front of the tv , which was positioned very high on the wall. When you watched tv you had to turn the light off , but then there were no other lights on except a bathroom light. I would add a second chair to a room made for two people. "The hotel was a bit out of Milan, the buses 99 and 222 outside of the hotel link up with tram no 24 then the metro into Milan and don’t cost much."

"GPS brings you to a parking lot, you need to park and walk to get to reception, they will give you a fob for the parking access area. No stairs, the mini fridge was not so cold. The breakfast was the usual sweets, hard boiled eggs, some cheese and some cold cuts."

"We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel was. Great amenities, food was good in the restaurant and breakfast was great. My husband especially loved that we could park our car right outside the room in a garage/canopy covered area. The staff in every area were very polite and friendly. Shame that there aren’t more of these throughout Europe. Highly recommend"

"Don't be put off by the external appearance - inside the hotel is well maintained, bright, clean and comfortable. The breakfast offer is limited but adequate and easy and the breakfast rooms a good size. Staff very helpful, and friendly. Well located near the train and bus stations (and with own car parking underneath for those who came by car like me) and a short and pleasant walk from the centre. Would recommend to anyone for a short stay in Pavia. Good value."
