「Excellent definitely come again」

「Arrived at the Mews and had difficulty finding keys as instructions were not very clear. I had paid extra for a parking permit and no permit was provided in the unit, had to pay again to park car on street as we were warned that they monitor these streets day and night. We booked this unit as we needed to do some laundry, it lists a washer and dryer in the amenities to find out we only had a washing machine and no dryer. Tried calling the housekeeping number and did not get an answer till 9am...

「My second visit to Astor Hse. I travel out of season (Oct/Nov) due to my work, and find Astor Hse a true pleasure. Apt 8 and 9 have huge bay windows leading onto good sized furnished terraces, which look south over 'Torbay' giving stunning views. The apts are warm and spacious and provide everything you need during your visit. 「A very good apartment. Noisy at night as on a main road with lots of traffic and police sirens. Complicated equipment dishwasher and washing machine. There was no welcome pack to tell you how to operate equipment and facilities available . No explanation about what to do with rubbish. This could easily be rectified by hotel management.」

「We stayed in this delightful cottage for three night. The whole house was kitted out with everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen though we are out mostly. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of space to store our clothes with plenty of hangers. The shower was easy to use and there was plenty of hot water. Close to all amenities and transport links - buses, trains and tour boats.」

「A really great location, albeit up at big hill from the centre of Torquay - but this meant lovely views and a quiet neighbourhood. The house was spotlessly clean, the added touches like premium tea and coffee was really appreciated, beds were so comfy and the whole place felt really spacious. Would stay here again if visiting Torquay.」
